This field enables you to add the materials needed for the lesson’s activity. It allows you to specify the material name and photo/PDF, quantity, and vendors (if applicable).
- The QTY refers to the number of items needed in the activity.
- Use units of measurement if necessary eg: pcs, sheets, roll, skeen, grams, box, pack, set etc
- The given vendors are merely suggestions. The tutor may opt to purchase from another store.
- In adding vendors, make sure that the links directing to the item have a quantity equal to or at least near to the needed quantity for the activity.
- Each item must have ONE vendor only. In case an option/substitute will be provided, add it in the preparation or activity steps.
- For Printed Materials (Activity Sheets, Attachments, Worksheets, etc.), add the total quantity needed plus the vendor that points to where it should be printed such as printer paper, cardstock, etc. Having a separate row for the printer paper, cardstock, etc. is not needed.
- In case the materials do not need to be purchased e.g. computer/laptop, table, chair, etc., leave the vendors blank.
- All Printed Materials should be placed at the bottom part of the table.
- Include the instruction for printing in the Preparation part.
